The dialogue designed by the trainer in this method can be
conducted by a
sequence of questions-answers that require reproduction of knowledge taught-learned but also by problem-questions that stimulate thinking,
at the level of explanations, applications, analysis, synthesis, interpretations, critical acclaims.
The main and the most active role
in the heuristic approach is
played by question and questions structuring.
Speaking of heuristic conversation,
we put less emphasis on the reproductive-cognitive
questions, memory questions
(who? what? which?
where?), and concentrate more on productive-cognitive
questions (why?, how? in what conditions?), hypothetical questions (if. ...
then ...?), evaluation
questions, less on convergent thinking
questions and more on divergent thinking questions (which
directs thinking on original and new
trajectories).
